GE 2100 is a lightweight industrial ultrasonic thickness tester under Panametrics NDT product line. It relies on ultrasonic pulse echo principle to measure wall thickness of metal pipes, pressure vessels and steel structures, widely used for regular corrosion thickness inspection in industrial sites.

    The instrument drives matched ultrasonic probes to emit ultrasonic pulses into solid materials, calculates wall thickness value according to the round-trip propagation time of reflected echoes. Built-in digital signal filtering module suppresses waveform interference caused by rough surface, coating layer and industrial electromagnetic environment, realizing stable thickness reading output. It supports automatic sound velocity calibration, echo identification and real-time thickness data locking functions, with high measurement resolution and low long-term measurement drift. Built-in storage unit records detection data and parameter configurations, and data will not be lost after power failure. Internal circuit components pass high-low temperature aging screening to maintain stable testing precision under long-term field continuous operation. Equipped with optimized power management system to extend the service life of field replaceable batteries for outdoor field detection tasks.
