Description
Measurement Principle and Electrical Performance
The probe adopts high-stability thin-film humidity sensing chip equipped with built-in precision temperature compensation circuit, offsetting measurement errors generated by medium temperature changes and ambient temperature fluctuations. The internal signal conditioning circuit filters electromagnetic noise from field compressors, frequency converters and high-power electrical equipment, keeping excellent linear output of dew point data across the full measurement range. Uniform factory calibration brings ultra-low zero drift and span drift during long-term uninterrupted operation. Collected moisture and dew point data is uploaded to matched GE analyzers, PLC and DCS systems for real-time display, data logging and over-limit interlock alarm. All internal electronic components go through strict high-low temperature aging screening to sustain stable detection accuracy under long continuous working conditions.

The medium contact part is made of anti-corrosion alloy material to resist slight corrosive substances contained in industrial process gas.
