Description
Working Principle and Electrical Performance
This transducer uses piezoelectric crystal elements to realize mutual conversion between electrical excitation signals and ultrasonic acoustic waves. Ultrasonic signals penetrate the pipe wall and liquid medium, and the reflected echo signals are transmitted back to the host for time-difference operation to calculate flow velocity and flow rate. The built-in impedance matching circuit effectively reduces acoustic signal attenuation during propagation and suppresses signal distortion caused by pipeline scale, fluid impurities and field electromagnetic interference. Each unit undergoes unified acoustic parameter calibration before delivery, featuring stable echo response and high signal-to-noise ratio within the applicable pipe diameter range. Internal electronic components pass high-low temperature aging screening to maintain stable acoustic output performance under long-term continuous operating conditions. Standard signal transmission cables ensure low-loss data transmission between the probe and the flow transmitter.
Structural Design and Environmental Adaptability
The transducer shell is made of high-strength wear-resistant engineering plastic with excellent weather resistance and corrosion resistance, adapting to outdoor pipe galleries, chemical workshops, thermal power plants and water treatment workshops. The sound-conducting contact surface is equipped with a wear-resistant coupling pad to closely fit the outer wall of metal and plastic pipelines and reduce acoustic transmission loss. The cable outlet adopts an integrated sealed waterproof structure to prevent moisture, dust and condensate from invading internal piezoelectric chips. The overall structure meets industrial EMC anti-interference standards and can resist interference from surrounding motors, inverters and power distribution equipment.
