GE IQ-110-00 is the main controller unit of Panametrics Moisture.IQ system. It matches MIS series alumina probes to analyze trace moisture and dew point in process gas, realizing long-term stable online gas quality monitoring for industrial process pipelines.

  • Core Working Principle & Electrical Performance

    This analyzer host receives impedance signals fed back by MIS series moisture probes, converts analog sensing signals into digital data via built-in high-precision acquisition circuit, and calculates real-time dew point and trace moisture concentration through built-in fixed algorithm. Equipped with independent temperature compensation logic, it revises measurement errors brought by medium temperature changes and pipeline pressure fluctuations automatically. The internal filtering circuit shields electromagnetic noise from on-site compressors, inverters and power distribution equipment to guarantee stable measurement output. It supports multiple output modes including 4–20mA analog signal, Modbus RTU/TCP digital communication and relay alarm output for data transmission to DCS, PLC and central monitoring system. All calibration data, medium parameters and alarm threshold settings are stored in non-volatile memory without data loss after power failure. Core chips and electronic components pass strict high-low temperature aging screening to maintain low measurement drift during continuous long-term operation.
