GE 703-1403-02 Instrument Main Control Circuit Board
Description
Electrical Performance & Core Functional Principle
This mainboard adopts the original dedicated circuit layout for XMT868 and XMT868I transmitters. It receives weak ultrasonic echo signals from external transducers, then completes multi-stage signal amplification, noise filtering and digital waveform processing through onboard operational amplifiers and DSP chips. The hardware executes time difference algorithm calculation to obtain flow velocity, instantaneous flow and cumulative flow data, and drives analog output, pulse output and Modbus communication modules to realize data upload to upper industrial control systems. Integrated lightning protection and surge suppression circuits restrain instantaneous voltage surges from field cables and power grids, effectively protecting internal precision chips from breakdown. All circuit parameters are factory calibrated uniformly; after replacement, the flow meter can recover original measuring precision without complicated field debugging. Core electronic devices go through strict high-low temperature aging tests to suppress performance drift during long-term uninterrupted industrial operation.
Structural Design & Environmental Adaptability
The PCB surface is coated with high-quality moisture-proof, salt-spray resistant conformal coating, which adapts to humid, dusty and slightly corrosive ambient conditions in petrochemical plants, gas stations, thermal power plants and water treatment workshops. The board size, fixing holes and pin definition are completely consistent with the original standard, supporting direct plug-in installation inside the transmitter shell without modifying internal wiring structure. The product meets industrial EMC anti-interference specifications and operates stably under electromagnetic disturbance generated by on-site inverters, motors and power distribution cabinets. Locked pin sockets avoid bad contact faults triggered by long-term equipment vibration and pipeline jitter. Compact integrated layout optimizes internal space distribution of the transmitter and lowers the damage probability during equipment maintenance and disassembly.
Matched Equipment & Industrial Application Scope
It is a core maintenance spare part applicable to standard and intrinsically safe XMT868 series ultrasonic flow transmitters including XMT868I-1-11-T. Widely used in oil and gas transportation pipeline flow monitoring, chemical liquid pipeline metering, power plant circulating water measurement, municipal water supply and drainage flow statistics and other industrial flow measurement scenarios. This circuit board can solve typical equipment faults such as no measurement display, abnormal flow data, communication failure and instrument startup crash caused by mainboard aging and component burnout, minimizing the downtime of on-line flow monitoring equipment.
Operational Reliability & Maintenance Advantages
Every finished 703-1403-02 mainboard is subjected to powered aging test, full function detection and flow calibration matching inspection before delivery to ensure stable performance among different batches. Non-volatile storage chip retains instrument configuration parameters after power failure, and operators do not need to reset pipeline and medium parameters after equipment restart. Field maintenance personnel can finish replacement work rapidly according to standard disassembly procedures, cutting enterprise operation and maintenance labor costs. Genuine GE original boards can prevent measurement errors and secondary damage to instrument housing caused by inferior generic circuit boards. Shockproof sealed packaging is suitable for long-term storage in industrial spare parts warehouses, and circuit performance will not produce obvious attenuation under dry constant-temperature storage environment.
