This portable host processes ultrasonic signals transmitted and received by external clamp-on transducers. Built-in high-speed digital signal processing unit filters clutter interference caused by pipeline scaling, fluid impurities and field electromagnetic environment, improving the stability of echo signals. It can calculate flow velocity, volumetric flow rate, mass flow rate and cumulative flow volume in real time, and supports multiple standard data output modes including local display, data storage and wired communication. The whole machine is calibrated strictly before delivery, with high repeatability and measurement precision within the applicable pipe diameter and medium range. Equipped with internal power management module, it supports long-time battery-powered outdoor field measurement tasks, and the built-in storage space can record historical measurement data for later data analysis and archiving. Internal circuits are designed with surge protection to avoid instantaneous voltage impact damage during field wiring operation.
