This module is designed to match PT100 temperature sensing elements commonly used in Panametrics detection equipment. It converts weak resistance variation signals generated by temperature probes into standard recognizable electrical signals for the host board. The built-in noise filtering circuit suppresses electromagnetic interference from on-site motors, inverters and compressors, ensuring stable temperature sampling data without jitter or distortion. Factory unified calibration guarantees high linearity within the rated temperature measurement range, effectively cooperating with humidity measurement units to eliminate temperature-induced measurement errors of dew point and moisture values. It supports real-time data transmission via internal bus to analysis hosts, PLC and DCS systems for data recording, real-time display and abnormal temperature alarm output. Core electronic components pass rigorous aging tests to maintain stable signal conversion performance under long-term continuous operating status.

The module adopts compact card-type modular structure, which can be installed in the reserved card slot inside HygroPro, MMS and MTS series analyzers. The product meets industrial EMC specifications and resists adverse effects brought by pipeline vibration and instantaneous voltage fluctuation.
