GE T14-18-10-STD-HT-TI High Temperature Titanium Moisture Sensing Probe

GE T14-18-10-STD-HT-TI is a heavy-duty high-temperature titanium alloy probe developed by GE Panametrics. It is used for continuous online trace moisture and dew point measurement of high-temperature process gas, delivering reliable measurement signals under high-temperature and corrosive pipeline working conditions.

Description

  • Measurement Principle and Electrical Properties

The probe adopts high-sensitivity thin film moisture sensing chip matched with built-in precise temperature compensation circuit to offset measurement errors brought by high medium temperature and ambient temperature changes. The built-in signal conditioning circuit filters electromagnetic noise from field compressors, frequency converters and high-power equipment, ensuring linear and stable output of dew point and humidity signals within the full measuring range. All products are calibrated uniformly at the factory with ultra-low long-term drift, which maintains high measuring accuracy during uninterrupted long-time operation. The collected gas moisture data is transmitted to matched GE analyzers, PLC and DCS systems for real-time display, data recording and over-limit interlock alarm. Core electronic components pass strict high-temperature aging screening to adapt to continuous high-temperature service environment.

  • Structural Characteristics and Environmental Tolerance

The wetted part is made of titanium alloy material with excellent acid and alkali corrosion resistance, suitable for process gas containing trace corrosive substances in high-temperature pipelines. The internal circuit board is coated with high-temperature resistant conformal coating to resist damp, condensed water and dust in thermal power plants, petrochemical plants and high-temperature gas stations. The whole assembly complies with industrial EMC standards and can withstand pipeline pressure fluctuations and long-term mechanical vibration. Standard industrial thread interface supports direct pipeline installation without customized fixtures. The integral sealed structure effectively prevents gas leakage and avoids medium contamination of internal sensing elements, greatly extending the service life of the probe under harsh high-temperature working conditions.

  • Matched Equipment and Application Fields

It is the core supporting sensing component for GE HygroPro, MMS and MTS series online dew point analyzers. Main application scenarios cover thermal power generator hydrogen high-temperature dew point monitoring, high-temperature process gas detection in petrochemical refining, high-temperature compressed air quality monitoring, metallurgical high-temperature furnace gas analysis and natural gas high-temperature pipeline moisture testing. When the original probe suffers data drift, slow response or high-temperature corrosion failure, this model supports direct plug-and-play replacement to reduce instrument shutdown time and guarantee safe monitoring of production process parameters.

  • Operational Stability and Maintenance Advantages

Every finished probe is subjected to high-temperature dew point calibration, air tightness test and signal stability inspection before delivery to guarantee consistent performance among batches. Measurement configuration parameters can be saved after power failure without repeated parameter setting after equipment restart. Field maintenance personnel can finish disassembly and replacement quickly following standard operation procedures to cut enterprise operation and maintenance costs. Original GE titanium probes can prevent measuring deviation and host circuit damage caused by inferior generic alternatives. Sealed anti-high-temperature packaging adapts to long-term warehouse spare parts storage, and sensing performance will not degrade obviously under dry storage conditions.
