Description

The core high-speed digital processing chip executes the patented correlation transit-time algorithm. It processes the echo signals collected by external ultrasonic probes, automatically calculates fluid velocity, instantaneous flow and total accumulated flow, and finishes temperature-pressure compensation for gas measurement media such as flare gas and compressed gas. The mainboard carries program solidification storage unit, storing factory standard firmware and user customized parameter configurations to ensure long-term stable operation of metering logic.

The PCB surface is coated with three-proof conformal coating against moisture, dust and weak corrosive gas erosion inside instrument cabinets and factory equipment rooms, working stably within ambient temperature of -20℃ ~ +60℃.
