GE 703-1326 (710-1326 Rev.B) Ultrasonic Flowmeter Dedicated Power PCB
GE 703-1326 Rev.B is original factory switching power board for GE DigitalFlow GC868 / GM868 gas ultrasonic transmitters. It supplies multi-channel isolated DC power for main control, signal processing and display modules inside the gas flow host
Description
703 series is the unified power spare part coding standard of GE Panametrics flow measurement equipment; 703-1326 is the hardware model of the power board, 710-1326 is the assembly drawing number, and Rev.B stands for the second revised optimized version of the circuit layout, improving surge resistance and output voltage stability compared with the earlier revision. This power board is a built-in core power accessory specially matched with GC868 clamp-on gas ultrasonic flow transmitters and GM868 general gas flow hosts, and is a necessary replacement spare part for equipment daily maintenance and fault overhaulManualsLib.
This power module supports global universal wide AC input of 90V~264VAC 50/60Hz. After EMI filtering, rectification and isolated voltage stabilization processing, it outputs multiple groups of low-ripple precise DC power, providing stable working power for the host CPU mainboard, ultrasonic echo signal conditioning circuit, front LCD display unit and isolated 4–20mA analog output loop. Multi-level built-in protection circuits including overvoltage, overcurrent, short-circuit locking and lightning surge suppression can effectively restrain instantaneous voltage spikes and power grid fluctuation interference in industrial workshops, avoiding permanent burnout of high-value core main control chips.
The whole PCB substrate is coated with three-proof conformal coating (moisture-proof, mildew-proof, salt-spray resistant), adapting to humid compressor rooms, chemical instrument cabinets and semi-outdoor instrument box environments, and operates stably in the ambient temperature range of -20℃ ~ +60℃. An onboard safety fuse is reserved as the final safety barrier of the power loop under severe electrical faults. The installation hole position, fixing size and terminal pin definition are completely consistent with the original GC868/GM868 chassis structure, realizing plug-and-play direct replacement without modifying on-site wiring during maintenance work.
When GC868 or GM868 flowmeters have typical faults such as power failure to start, screen flicker, abnormal flow signal data and random automatic shutdown, replacing this power board can solve most power system faults efficiently. Independent replacement of the power PCB can greatly reduce spare parts procurement cost and production pipeline downtime loss compared with replacing the whole expensive flow transmitter host.
Each 703-1326 Rev.B power board passes full-load aging test, multi-channel output voltage accuracy calibration and high-voltage insulation withstand test before factory delivery to ensure consistent electrical parameters among different batches of products. There are no mechanical wearable components on the circuit board under normal rated operation conditions. Routine maintenance only needs regular dust cleaning on the board surface and periodic inspection of terminal fastening tightness. It is a standard stocking spare part for enterprises equipped with GE GC868 and GM868 industrial gas ultrasonic flow measurement systems.
