GE 703-1476-05 Internal Power Supply PCB for 868 Series Ultrasonic Flow Transmitters

GE 703-1476-05 is an original factory switching power supply circuit board developed by GE Panametrics. It is a dedicated internal power module for XMT868, UTX868, AT868, GC868 series flow transmitters, converting alternating current into multiple groups of stable direct current to supply power for main control boards, signal processing boards and display components.

Description

703 serial numbers are unified power supply board coding rules for Panametrics ultrasonic flowmeter accessories, where 1476 represents the hardware version architecture, and the suffix 05 is the revised iteration version of the board. This power board is built into the casing of fixed ultrasonic flow transmitters of the entire 868 platform, matching both liquid and gas measurement hosts, and is one of the core vulnerable spare parts for equipment maintenance and replacement.
The board supports universal wide-range AC input of 90~264VAC 50/60Hz, automatically adapting to industrial power supply voltages in various regions. After rectification, filtering and isolated voltage stabilization, it outputs multiple sets of precision DC voltages required by the system, providing stable power for DRC-100X signal acquisition board, main CPU motherboard, 712-1024 display panel and signal output isolation circuits inside the flowmeter. Built-in complete protection circuits including overvoltage, overcurrent, short-circuit and surge suppression, which can effectively resist instantaneous voltage spikes and grid fluctuations in industrial sites to avoid burnout of expensive core main boards.
The PCB surface is coated with three-proof conformal coating (moisture-proof, mildew-proof, salt-spray proof), which adapts to the humid, dusty environment of pump rooms, chemical instrument cabinets and outdoor sealed instrument boxes, and normally works stably in the ambient temperature range of -20℃ ~ +60℃. Standard onboard fuse design provides the last line of safety protection for the whole machine power loop when serious circuit abnormality occurs. The layout and terminal definition of the board are completely consistent with the original chassis wiring, realizing direct plug-and-play replacement without modifying any wiring during on-site maintenance.
It is compatible with the full range of 868 series hosts including XMT868i intrinsically safe type, UTX868 liquid meter, AT868 insertion gas meter and GC868 clamp-on gas meter. When the flowmeter has faults such as no power-on, automatic shutdown, display flickering and unstable signal reading, most of the failures can be solved by replacing this power supply board independently, without replacing the whole expensive transmitter host, greatly reducing the user’s equipment maintenance cost and production downtime loss.
Each 703-1476-05 power board passes full-load aging test, output voltage accuracy detection and insulation withstand voltage test before factory delivery to ensure the consistency of output power parameters of each batch of products. There are no easily damaged wearable devices on the board itself under normal working conditions. Conventional daily maintenance only needs to regularly clean the surface dust of the power board and check whether the terminal wiring is loose. It is a necessary spare part for the daily maintenance reserve of enterprises using GE 868 series ultrasonic flow measurement systems.
