GE 712-1024 is a core human-machine interaction spare part manufactured by GE Panametrics, perfectly matched with the internal card slot structure of fixed ultrasonic flow hosts including XMT868, XMT868I intrinsically safe transmitters and UTX878 wall-mounted flow meters. This display unit integrates backlight LCD screen, key touch panel, drive circuit board and metal fixed support frame into one assembly, serving as the direct interactive window between field operators and the flow measurement main control system.
The LCD screen adopts industrial-grade backlight design with high contrast, which can clearly display instantaneous flow rate, cumulative flow, fluid velocity, ultrasonic signal strength, system alarm codes and configured pipe parameters under strong light, dark instrument cabinet and large temperature fluctuation environments. The matched membrane buttons realize on-site functions of parameter setting, data viewing, meter reset and calibration entry without relying on external handheld configuration tools, simplifying the daily commissioning and maintenance work of field instruments.
