Description

GE PWO6J8-4S is a factory-terminated customized cable assembly exclusively supporting GE XMT868, UTX878, AT868 ultrasonic flow hosts and matched MTS6 clamp-on ultrasonic probes. The coding rule PWO6J8-4S represents fixed cable length, internal wire layout, connector pin definition and outer sheath material configuration; both cable ends are pre-fitted with original sealed metal connectors, eliminating on-site wire stripping and wiring errors during field installation.
The cable inner core adopts multi-strand tinned copper conductors with precise impedance matching consistent with ultrasonic high-frequency signal transmission requirements. A dense copper braided shielding layer is wrapped outside the core wires, effectively shielding electromagnetic noise generated by on-site inverters, high-power motors and power cables, preventing waveform distortion and flow data fluctuation caused by external signal interference in complex industrial electromagnetic environments. The inner insulation layer uses high-performance cross-linked polyethylene material with stable dielectric properties, maintaining consistent transmission performance under long-term temperature alternation.
The outer protective sheath is made of special polyurethane composite material, featuring excellent oil resistance, water resistance, abrasion resistance and ultraviolet aging resistance. It can adapt to humid pump rooms, outdoor open pipe racks, chemical splash environments and dusty factory workshops, resisting erosion from pipeline condensate, mechanical grease and weak chemical volatiles.
