GE MMS35-331-1-100 Alumina Insertion Dew Point Moisture Probe

This GE original MMS35 series probe adopts thin-film alumina sensing technology, matched with MMS35 host hygrometer for long-term online trace dew point monitoring of high-pressure industrial gas, featuring built-in temperature compensation and high dust-proof protection structure.

Description

GE MMS35-331-1-100 is a high-spec insertion-type dew point sensing probe under GE Panametrics MMS35 gas analysis system, compatible with MMS35 fixed analyzers and portable intrinsically safe MMS35IS hygrometers. Each segment of the model code corresponds to fixed configuration parameters: MMS35 stands for the general probe platform of the Series 35 moisture monitoring system; 331 defines probe overall length, external thread installation specification and sintered multi-layer dust filtering structure; the digit 1 represents integrated built-in NTC temperature compensation component; 100 refers to factory standard calibration range and internal impedance matching parameters, supporting stable measurement within wide dew point intervalsPanametria....
The core sensitive component uses high-stability nickel-based alumina wafer. Water molecules adsorbed on the alumina film will produce linear capacitance changes, and the supporting host converts capacitance signals into dew point temperature, ppm moisture content and other readable data. The measurable dew point range covers -110℃~+60℃, with accurate measurement of trace moisture in natural gas, flare gas, compressed dry air, hydrogen and semiconductor process inert gas. The built-in temperature sensing element dynamically corrects measurement drift caused by drastic temperature changes in outdoor pipe racks and high-pressure pipelines, effectively reducing long-term data deviation of the probe.
All wetted components are made of seamless welded 316L stainless steel with high pressure resistance, bearing up to 345bar process working pressure to meet the measurement demands of high-pressure gas gathering stations and long-distance transmission pipelines. The front end is equipped with multi-layer dense sintered stainless steel filter screen, which effectively blocks pipeline solid particles, oil mist and condensed liquid from polluting the fragile alumina chip, greatly prolonging the service cycle of the core sensing unit compared with ordinary single-layer filter probes. The whole probe adopts fully sealed packaging process with excellent moisture-proof and anti-corrosion performance, adapting to humid, dusty and slightly corrosive field working conditions.
The internal signal transmission circuit strictly matches the impedance of GE original analysis equipment, with multi-layer shielding wiring structure inside the probe body. It can effectively isolate electromagnetic interference generated by surrounding compressors, frequency converters and high-voltage power distribution equipment, ensuring continuous and stable signal output in complex industrial electromagnetic environments. Standard bayonet aviation plug interface is adopted for plug-and-play assembly, and maintenance personnel can quickly complete on-site replacement without complicated wiring debugging workPanametria....
Each MMS35-331-1-100 probe is calibrated by NIST-traceable standard moisture source before factory delivery, with unified acoustic response and measurement accuracy among batches, meeting the data traceability requirements of safety supervision and environmental protection filing. Daily operation only needs regular pipeline purging treatment and annual calibration verification; there are no easily damaged consumables in the probe body itself, which significantly reduces the overall operation and maintenance cost of gas processing enterprises. The product complies with intrinsic safety explosion-proof standards for hazardous areas, being a high-performance original matching probe for industrial online trace moisture monitoring systems.
