GE MMS35-621-1-100 belongs to GE Panametrics professional ultrasonic sensor product lineup, supporting matching use with GF868 flow meters, Epoch flaw detectors and 1200M thickness gauges. The built-in high-sensitivity piezoelectric chip converts electrical pulses into ultrasonic waves and receives reflected echoes efficiently, realizing precise measurement of medium flow velocity, material wall thickness and internal workpiece defects. The segmented coding of the model defines core parameters respectively: MMS35 stands for the standard sensor series; 621 corresponds to inherent frequency and wafer size parameter; the latter two sets of digital codes represent installation structure, cable interface type and surface protection grade.
The contact face of the probe adopts wear-resistant high-density protective wafer, resisting abrasion from rough metal surfaces and corrosion from coupling agents, cutting fluid and slight corrosive media in workshop detection scenarios. The internal overall structure is filled with shock-absorbing glue, which can buffer impact damage caused by accidental dropping and collision during handheld detection.
