Description

GE 25HP motor is a standardized high-horsepower drive motor manufactured by General Electric industrial equipment division, applicable to harsh working conditions of continuous heavy load operation in mining, water supply, cement processing, chemical manufacturing and thermal power auxiliary systems. This motor matches standardized frame size, rated voltage and industrial frequency specifications, maintaining stable rated torque output during startup, variable load fluctuation and long-time non-stop running.
The stator and rotor core are laminated with high-permeability silicon steel sheets, which effectively reduces iron loss and running heating value, improves overall energy efficiency and conforms to international industrial energy efficiency standards. The internal winding adopts high-temperature resistant insulating paint and multi-layer insulation structure, resisting aging damage caused by long-term high-temperature operation inside the casing. The rotor dynamic balance is strictly calibrated during production to suppress vibration and abnormal noise during high-speed operation, lowering wear of bearings and fixed components.
The motor shell adopts thick cast iron structure with good rigidity, equipped with independent forced air cooling system and sealed dustproof and waterproof structure. It can adapt to dusty workshops, humid outdoor installation environments and slightly corrosive gas working sites. Standard high-quality rolling bearings are configured at both ends of the rotating shaft, with standardized grease filling ports for regular lubrication maintenance, greatly extending the whole service life of the motor main body.
The terminal box is sealed and isolated from the main heat dissipation cavity, avoiding short circuit faults caused by moisture, dust and splashed liquid entering the wiring part. It supports multiple installation forms such as horizontal base installation and flange installation to meet the assembly requirements of different driving equipment including water pumps, large fans, belt conveyors and industrial stirring devices.
With complete overload protection, locked-rotor resistance and voltage fluctuation resistance capabilities, the motor can withstand instantaneous impact load generated by equipment startup and sudden material jamming. Cooperating with matched frequency converters or soft starters, it can realize stepless speed regulation to satisfy energy-saving operation demands of variable working conditions.
