Description
GE 2~10M measurement module is a universal field acquisition component matched with GE industrial monitoring and control systems, mainly responsible for collecting analog physical signals such as pressure, flow, temperature within the 2 to 10 measurement range. The internal circuit adopts multi-stage filtering and electromagnetic shielding structure, which can weaken the interference generated by on-site high-frequency equipment, power cables and motor operation, ensuring the authenticity of collected original signals under harsh industrial working conditions.
This module supports standard industrial analog signal access mode, converts collected physical quantity signals into standard digital signals through built-in high-precision AD conversion chip, and transmits processed data to upper DCS system, PLC host or local display unit via standard bus protocol. Its internal program supports linear calibration and data trimming functions. Field technicians can finish range correction and error calibration through upper computer configuration software without disassembling the module body.
The outer shell adopts flame-retardant engineering plastic with dustproof and moisture-proof treatment, adapting to indoor cabinet installation and mild outdoor sealed control box layout. The terminal wiring structure is reasonably distributed, separating power terminals and signal terminals to avoid signal distortion caused by power supply ripple. With wide operating voltage tolerance, the module can keep continuous and stable operation when the on-site power supply has small voltage fluctuation.
