GE Panametrics AT868W series belongs to AquaTrans ultrasonic flow measurement platform with enhanced NEMA 4X / IP66 weatherproof housing. The AT868W-1-1-1-1 configuration is single-channel design, adopting patented correlation transit-time ultrasonic principle. It works with external clamp-on sensors such as M2LR, CRL, CRR series, mounting on pipe outer wall without pipeline cutting, no medium contact and no pressure loss.

Equipped with backlit LCD display and built-in keypad for on-site parameter setup, real-time flow velocity, volumetric flow and totalizer data viewing, as well as built-in diagnostic function. Standard configuration provides isolated 4–20mA analog output and pulse/totalizer output; optional RS485 Modbus communication interface for data uploading to PLC, DCS and SCADA control systems.

The weatherproof aluminum enclosure resists rain, dust and temperature fluctuation, suitable for outdoor pumping stations, water distribution networks and open process areas. Compatible pipe materials include carbon steel, stainless steel, ductile iron, plastic and fiberglass. Applicable media: cooling circulating water, raw water, wastewater, glycol solution and other low/medium viscosity acoustically conductive liquids.

Typical applications cover municipal water supply plants, power plants, district heating systems and petrochemical facilities.
