GE Panametrics AT868W-2-1-1-2 belongs to the AquaTrans AT868W series ultrasonic flowmeter platform with enhanced weatherproof enclosure. Based on transit-time measurement technology, it works with external clamp-on ultrasonic transducers such as M2LR, CRR series. Sensors are mounted on the outer pipe wall without cutting pipelines or contacting process fluid, bringing no pressure drop and eliminating leakage risks.

The weatherproof housing is specially optimized for outdoor installation, resisting rain, dust and wide ambient temperature variation. It supports parameter configuration via local keypad and display, real-time flow monitoring and built-in self-diagnosis function. Standard output interfaces include 4–20mA analog signal, pulse output, with optional Modbus RS485 communication to transmit flow data to PLC, DCS and SCADA control systems.

It adapts to carbon steel, stainless steel, ductile iron and plastic pipelines. Applicable media cover cooling circulating water, raw water, wastewater, glycol mixtures and other low-to-medium viscosity liquids. Compatible with both permanent flow monitoring and flow balance verification projects.
