GE Panametrics AquaTrans AT868-1-1-1 Ultrasonic Liquid Flow Transmitter
GE AT868-1-1-1 is a wall-mounted transit-time ultrasonic flow transmitter. Paired with clamp-on transducers, it achieves non-intrusive continuous liquid flow measurement without pipe cutting.
Description
GE Panametrics AquaTrans AT868-1-1-1 belongs to the AT868 series ultrasonic flow measurement platform, utilizing patented correlation transit-time technology. It works with external clamp-on ultrasonic transducers to transmit and receive ultrasonic signals through pipe walls, calculating fluid velocity and volumetric flow rate. The sensors never contact process media, eliminating leakage risks and pressure loss inside pipelines.
This model supports M2L, CRL, C-RS-402, UC-F-R series clamp-on transducers, compatible with carbon steel, stainless steel, ductile iron and plastic pipelines within specified size range. The robust enclosure meets high protection standards, adapting to humid, dusty indoor and outdoor industrial operating environments.
The transmitter is equipped with local display and operation keypad for on-site parameter configuration, real-time flow data viewing and built-in self-diagnosis. It provides standard 4–20mA analog output, pulse totalizer and optional Modbus RS485 digital communication interface, transmitting measurement data to PLC, DCS and SCADA systems for centralized process control.
It is suitable for clean water, circulating water, wastewater, glycol mixtures and other low-to-medium viscosity industrial liquids. Widely applied in water treatment plants, power stations, district heating networks and manufacturing facilities for long-term permanent flow monitoring.
Users can order the standalone AT868-1-1-1 transmitter or complete packages including transducers, mounting fixtures and signal cables for new project construction, system upgrading and replacement of existing flow instruments.
