GE Panametrics MTS5-321-1S Aluminum Oxide Moisture Sensor Probe

GE MTS5-321-1S is an insertion-type aluminum oxide moisture probe designed for trace moisture measurement in industrial gas streams. It delivers stable online dew point and moisture detection for process gas monitoring systems.

Description

GE Panametrics MTS5-321-1S belongs to the MTS5 series aluminum oxide moisture sensing probe platform. It adopts proven aluminum oxide sensing technology to continuously measure trace water vapor concentration inside process gases and calculate corresponding dew point values. The probe supports installation directly within gas pipelines or sample cells, eliminating the need for complex sample transport and minimizing measurement lag.
This probe is compatible with Panametrics dedicated moisture transmitters and analyzers. It can operate under conditions ranging from vacuum to high working pressure and requires no minimum gas flow rate to maintain accurate readings. Each sensor undergoes independent factory calibration traceable to standard references, ensuring consistent long-term measurement stability and reliable repeatability.
Constructed with corrosion-resistant stainless steel housing, the probe adapts to various industrial process gas environments. It features fast response speed and strong resistance to typical background gas interference. The modular structure facilitates convenient installation, disassembly, on-site calibration and routine maintenance operations.
Typical applicable media includes compressed air, natural gas, hydrogen, nitrogen and other industrial process gases. Widely deployed in petrochemical plants, power facilities, semiconductor manufacturing, gas processing stations and cryogenic systems for dryness monitoring, product quality control and equipment protection.
Customers can purchase standalone MTS5-321-1S probes, matched sample cell assemblies, signal cables and spare components for new analytical system construction, equipment upgrade and replacement of aging moisture sensors.
