GE Panametrics TMO2D-122-21 Digital Zirconia Oxygen Transmitter

GE TMO2D-122-21 is an intelligent digital oxygen transmitter matched with zirconia probes. It delivers continuous high-precision oxygen measurement for high-temperature flue gas and industrial combustion processes.

Description

GE Panametrics TMO2D-122-21 is a dedicated model of the TMO2D series oxygen analyzer transmitter, adopting zirconia sensor measurement principle to realize online continuous monitoring of oxygen concentration in industrial flue gas. It cooperates with supporting zirconia oxygen probes to capture real-time oxygen content inside furnaces, boilers and exhaust pipelines.
This transmitter integrates local digital display and operating keys, supporting on-site parameter setting, real-time data check, calibration operation and built-in fault diagnosis function. It provides standard 4–20mA analog output and digital communication options, which can stably transmit measurement data to PLC, DCS and SCADA systems for centralized process control.
Advanced temperature compensation algorithm effectively suppresses measurement deviation induced by temperature changes, ensuring long-term stable accuracy under continuous operating conditions. It supports automatic and manual calibration modes, lowering the difficulty of regular maintenance. Optimized circuit design enhances anti-interference capability to adapt complex industrial field environments.
Typical application scenarios cover power plant boiler combustion control, waste incinerator flue gas monitoring, industrial heat treatment furnaces, petrochemical heating equipment and thermal energy recovery systems. Accurate oxygen monitoring helps optimize air-fuel ratio, cut fuel consumption and reduce harmful gas emissions.
Customers can order standalone TMO2D-122-21 transmitters, complete assemblies paired with zirconia probes and relevant spare parts for new system construction, equipment renovation and replacement of outdated analytical instruments.
