GE Panametrics TMO2D Digital Oxygen Transmitter

GE TMO2D is a high-precision digital oxygen transmitter paired with zirconia probes. It continuously measures oxygen concentration in industrial flue gas and high-temperature process environments.

Description

GE Panametrics TMO2D is an advanced intelligent oxygen analyzer transmitter, designed to work with zirconia oxygen probes to achieve continuous online oxygen monitoring. It adopts mature zirconia measurement principle, suitable for high-temperature flue gas, combustion furnaces, thermal energy systems and other process conditions.
The transmitter supports multiple signal output modes including 4–20mA analog signal and digital communication, enabling seamless data transmission to PLC, DCS and SCADA control systems. Equipped with local display and operation buttons, technicians can complete parameter configuration, calibration, real-time data viewing and fault diagnosis on site.
Built-in temperature compensation algorithm effectively reduces measurement drift caused by ambient and process temperature fluctuations, ensuring stable measuring accuracy for long-term continuous operation. It supports automatic and manual calibration modes to simplify routine maintenance work.
Typical applications include boiler combustion optimization, incinerator exhaust monitoring, heat treatment furnaces, petrochemical process control and power plant flue gas analysis. Precise oxygen monitoring helps optimize air-fuel ratio, reduce energy consumption and lower pollutant emissions.
Users can purchase the standalone TMO2D transmitter, complete sets with matching zirconia probes, as well as spare accessories for new project construction, system upgrading and replacement of aging analytical equipment.
