GE Panametrics MTS5-3A10-10 belongs to the Moisture Target Series 5 online hygrometer platform, the predecessor model of MTS6 dew point analyzer. It works with M-series probes such as CMX-1 to continuously detect trace water vapor inside industrial gases and output dew point, frost point and ppmv moisture data.

This unit adopts standard 1/4 DIN panel mounting structure, equipped with local LCD display and membrane keypad for on-site parameter configuration, real-time data viewing and built-in self-diagnosis function. It provides isolated programmable 4–20mA analog output and relay alarm contacts, which can transmit measurement signals to PLC, DCS and data acquisition systems for centralized process monitoring.

The instrument supports wide dew point measuring range, and built-in signal filtering effectively suppresses measurement fluctuation caused by temperature and pressure changes. It is suitable for compressed air, nitrogen, hydrogen, SF6, natural gas and various inert gas pipelines.

Common application scenarios include compressed air dryer monitoring, power plant generator cooling gas inspection, plastic drying systems and semiconductor gas quality control. It is widely used for new system assembly, equipment renovation and spare parts replacement of existing MTS5 moisture monitoring systems.
