GE Panametrics PM880 is a field-proven handheld hygrometer designed for mobile trace moisture testing. It supports M Series, TF and Moisture Image Series probes, delivering accurate dew point, frost point and ppmv moisture readings for various process media.

The instrument features intrinsically safe certification and IP67 rugged enclosure, suitable for operation within hazardous industrial zones including natural gas, petrochemical and offshore facilities. Built-in rechargeable battery supports over 12 hours continuous field measurement without external power supply.

Equipped with backlit graphic LCD and membrane keypad, it supports multiple display units: °C/°F dew point, ppmv, ppmw and lb/MMSCF for natural gas metering. Internal data logger can store multi-site measurement records, and IrDA infrared interface enables data transmission to computers for report sorting and quality traceability.

Modular separated probe-electronics architecture allows rapid probe replacement and calibration without reconfiguring the main unit. Optional portable sampling system ensures stable sample pressure and temperature, avoiding measurement deviations caused by unconditioned process media.

Measuring range covers -110°C to +60°C dew point, capable of detecting ultra-trace moisture in compressed air, nitrogen, hydrogen, SF6, natural gas and hydrocarbon liquids.
