GE Panametrics DigitalFlow DF868 is a wall-mounted industrial ultrasonic liquid flow meter built on patented Correlation Transit-Time signal processing technology. It supports single-channel and optional dual-channel configurations, widely used for long-term continuous flow measurement in industrial pipelines.

The system can be matched with C-RS-401, C-RS-402, M2LR and other clamp-on transducers. No pipe cutting is required during installation, avoiding process shutdown, fluid leakage and pressure loss. It performs reliably for clean liquids and fluids containing microbubbles or fine suspended particles, outperforming conventional transit-time meters under difficult working conditions.

The dual-channel version offers flexible configuration: it can monitor two independent pipelines simultaneously, or deploy dual-path measurement on one pipeline to reduce errors caused by flow distortion, swirl and asymmetric velocity profiles and improve overall measuring accuracy.

Equipped with backlit graphic LCD and front keypad for local parameter configuration, real-time data display and fault diagnosis. Rich signal interfaces include isolated 4–20mA analog outputs, alarm relays, pulse totalizer and Modbus communication, enabling seamless data transmission to DCS, PLC and SCADA systems.

The main unit housing meets NEMA 4X / IP66 protection grade, suitable for indoor and outdoor industrial environments. Optional hazardous area certifications support deployment in petrochemical, oil & gas facilities. It adapts to carbon steel, stainless steel, ductile iron, PVC and lined pipelines covering a broad diameter range.

Typical measuring media includes cooling water, glycol solutions, wastewater, crude oil, fuel oil and industrial process chemicals. Main application industries cover power plants, water treatment, chemical processing, district heating and energy management.
