GE Panametrics TransPort PT878 is a high-performance portable flow measurement instrument under GE Panametrics. It utilizes correlation transit-time ultrasonic technology and works with external clamp-on transducers such as M2LR, C-RS-401 and C-RS-402 to implement flow testing on the exterior of industrial pipelines.

The device is designed for liquid medium measurement. It delivers stable detection performance for water, process chemicals, fuel oil and liquids containing tiny bubbles or fine suspended particles. It supports bidirectional flow measurement and simultaneously displays flow velocity, volumetric flow rate and cumulative flow data.

Equipped with an IP67 waterproof housing, backlit graphic LCD display and built-in rechargeable battery, the PT878 fits outdoor and harsh field inspection work. Internal memory stores massive measurement records and preset parameters for multiple measuring points to facilitate offline data analysis and report export.

Installation and parameter setup can be completed quickly on site. It supports carbon steel, stainless steel, ductile iron, PVC and lined pipelines covering a wide diameter range.
