GE Panametrics MTS6, also named Moisture Target Series 6, is an industrial dew point analyzer for OEM and fixed online monitoring scenarios. It works with M Series moisture probes or VeriDri transmitters adopting thin-film aluminum oxide sensing technology to detect trace moisture inside compressed air and various process gases.

The unit supports wide dew point measuring range from -110°C to +20°C. It integrates 128×64 backlit LCD display and membrane keypad, supporting local parameter setup and real-time dew point readout. Equipped with isolated programmable analog output (4–20mA or 0–2V), measurement data can be transmitted to DCS, PLC and recording instruments.

Three relays are configured onboard: two programmable high/low alarm relays and one fault monitoring relay, which can trigger interlock actions when gas moisture exceeds set thresholds. Built-in MicroSD card slot enables long-term data logging for quality traceability and trend analysis.

Available in panel mount and board-mounted versions. The front panel meets NEMA 4 / IP66 protection standard, suitable for installation inside control cabinets and industrial dryer systems. Optional intrinsic safety barriers support deployment in hazardous industrial areas.

It is widely applied in desiccant air dryers, plastic drying, medical gas systems, hydrogen-cooled generators, petrochemical and semiconductor gas pipelines. Users can select complete analyzers, spare mainboards and matched moisture probes for system commissioning, equipment maintenance and MTS5 model upgrade replacement.
