Core Functions
1.Patented ServoJet jet-pipe pilot provides superior contamination resistance vs conventional nozzle-flapper pilot, ensuring stable continuous operation under moderately contaminated hydraulic fluid condition.
2.10% positive overlap main spool delivers stable medium-flow pressure/force closed-loop regulation; onboard LVDT closed-loop dynamically compensates spool displacement drift induced by wide-range temperature fluctuation, K option further restrains long-term zero drift during uninterrupted heavy-load running.
3.Spring-centered fail-safe neutral design: main spool automatically returns to center upon power loss to block A/B oil paths and lock hydraulic cylinder for overload safety protection.

Installation & Maintenance Instructions
1.Install 3μm high-pressure inline precision filter on upstream supply pipeline; replace original filter cartridge after 15 working days of equipment commissioning startup.
2.Arrange power cable and shielded control wire in separate wiring troughs to avoid inverter harmonic interference to analog signal; fasten valve with standard flat washers following factory specified tightening torque during installation.
3.Flow gain and null offset parameters are fully pre-calibrated at MOOG factory; only tiny on-site potentiometer fine adjustment allowed; complete disassembly of ServoJet pilot and main spool assembly is strictly forbidden.
4.Seal unused hydraulic ports with original factory blank plugs for spare stock; store inside dry dustproof warehouse to prevent composite seal ageing and hydraulic oil leakage.
