1.Patented ServoJet jet-pipe pilot delivers superior contamination resistance versus traditional nozzle-flapper design, stable long-cycle running under moderately contaminated hydraulic medium。
2.B-type standardized PCB reduces routine temperature drift, compound sealing improves compatibility with conventional mineral hydraulic oil; built-in LVDT closed-loop automatically compensates spool position deviation induced by ambient temperature variation.
3.Spring-centered fail-safe spool design:main spool returns to neutral automatically upon power failure to block A/B oil paths and lock hydraulic cylinder for equipment safety protection.
4.Zero-overlap spool maintains linear flow characteristic, supports seamless switching among position, speed and pressure three closed-loop control modes.

Installation & Maintenance Instructions
1.Mount 3μm high-pressure precision inline filter on upstream supply pipeline; replace initial filter cartridge after 15 working days of commissioning startup.
2.Separate power cable and shielded control wiring inside independent wiring trough to avoid frequency converter harmonic interference on analog command signal, fix valve with standard flat mounting washers.
3.Null offset and flow gain are fully pre-calibrated at MOOG factory; only minor on-site potentiometer fine adjustment allowed; complete disassembly of ServoJet pilot and main spool assembly is strictly prohibited.
4.Plug all unused hydraulic ports with original blank plugs during spare part storage; store in dry dustproof warehouse to prevent seal ageing and hydraulic fluid leakage.
