Product Overview D663-306K belongs to MOOG D663 NG10 ISO4401-05 two-stage ServoJet integrated amplifier servo valve of D660 series, built-in onboard drive electronics and full-stroke LVDT spool closed-loop feedback without external driver. 306 is factory exclusive trim preset for fixed flow gain and null offset; suffix K stands for intrinsically safe (Ex ia) explosion-proof construction complying with hazardous area certification plus 350bar maximum rated working pressure specification, zero-overlap 4-way main spool with dual drain layout (internal T drain + independent external Y drain), specially designed for explosive atmosphere hydraulic closed-loop control of position, speed and pressure.

Installation & Maintenance Instructions

1.Mount 3μm high-pressure precision inline filter on upstream supply pipeline; replace initial filter cartridge after 15 working days of equipment commissioning startup.

2.For K explosion-proof variant: install certified intrinsic safety isolation barrier between valve and control cabinet, separate power cable and shielded control wire in independent explosion-proof wiring troughs to avoid harmonic interference and explosion hidden danger.

3.Null bias and flow gain are fully pre-calibrated at MOOG original factory; only minor on-site potentiometer fine adjustment permitted; full disassembly of ServoJet pilot and main spool assembly is strictly forbidden to avoid damaging intrinsic safety structure.

4.Seal all unused hydraulic ports with dedicated explosion-proof blank plugs during spare parts storage; store inside dry dustproof explosion-proof warehouse to prevent FKM seal ageing and hydraulic fluid leakage.
