2.Built-in matched amplifier and full-travel LVDT closed-loop structure automatically compensates minor null shift caused by regular ambient temperature variation; standard A-version circuit meets conventional industrial stable operating requirements.
3.Spring-centered mechanical reset design:main spool returns to neutral position automatically upon power failure, cutting off A/B oil path to lock actuator position for equipment safety protection.
4.Optimized internal flow channel keeps linear flow gain, supports flexible switching among position, velocity and pressure three closed-loop control modes.

Installation & Maintenance Instructions
1.Mount 3μm high-pressure precision inline filter on upstream supply pipeline; replace original filter element after 15 working days of equipment commissioning startup.
2.Arrange power cable and shielded control wire in separated wiring troughs to avoid frequency converter harmonic interference on analog control signal.
3.Null offset and flow gain are pre-calibrated at MOOG original factory; only slight potentiometer fine-tuning is allowed on-site; disassembly of ServoJet pilot and main spool assembly is strictly forbidden.
4.Plug all unused hydraulic ports with dedicated blank plugs during spare stock storage; store in dry dustproof warehouse to prevent rubber seal ageing and medium leakage.
