Factory preset spring-centered fail-safe spool: spool returns to middle position automatically when power cuts off to lock A/B oil cavities and fix load position for mechanical safety protection.

Installation & Maintenance Instructions
Install 3μm high-pressure precision inline filter on upstream supply pipeline; replace original filter cartridge after 15 working days of equipment commissioning startup.
Separate high-power power cable and shielded control wire inside different wiring ducts to avoid frequency converter harmonic interference to analog control signal.
Null offset and flow gain are fully pre-calibrated at MOOG factory; only minor on-site potentiometer fine trimming is permitted; complete disassembly of ServoJet pilot assembly and main spool is strictly forbidden.
Seal all hydraulic ports with dedicated blocking plugs during long-term spare storage; store inside dry dustproof warehouse to prevent FKM fluororubber seal aging and hydraulic fluid leakage.
