Installation & Maintenance Instructions
Install 3μm high-pressure precision inline filter on upstream supply pipeline; replace initial filter cartridge after 15 working days of commissioning startup.
Separate high-power power cables and shielded control wires in different wiring grooves to avoid inverter harmonic interference on analog control signal.
Null offset and flow gain are fully pre-calibrated at MOOG factory; only tiny on-site potentiometer fine trimming permitted; complete disassembly of ServoJet pilot set and main spool is strictly forbidden.
Seal all hydraulic ports with dedicated blocking plugs during long-term spare storage; store inside dry dustproof warehouse to prevent FKM seal ageing and oil leakage.
