Factory preset spring-centered fail-safe spool design: spool automatically returns to neutral upon power loss to lock A/B oil chambers and fix workpiece position for equipment safety protection。
Optimized internal flow channel maintains excellent linear flow gain, enabling flexible switching among position, velocity and pressure closed-loop control modes on single valve body。

Installation & Maintenance Instructions
Install 3μm high-pressure precision inline filter on upstream supply pipeline; replace original filter cartridge after 15 working days of commissioning startup。
Separate high-current power cables and shielded control wires inside independent wiring ducts to avoid frequency converter harmonic interference on analog control signals。
Null offset and flow gain are fully pre-calibrated at Moog factory; only minor on-site potentiometer fine trimming is permitted; complete disassembly of ServoJet pilot assembly and main spool is strictly prohibited。
Seal all hydraulic ports with dedicated blocking plugs during long-term spare storage; store inside dry dustproof warehouse to prevent FKM rubber seal aging and hydraulic fluid leakage。
