Installation & Maintenance Instructions

Install 3μm high-pressure precision inline filter on upstream supply pipeline; replace original filter cartridge after 15 working days of initial equipment commissioning.

Separate high-current power cable and shielded control wire inside independent wiring ducts to avoid frequency converter harmonic interference to analog control command.

Null offset and flow gain are pre-calibrated at MOOG factory; only minor on-site potentiometer fine trimming is permitted; complete disassembly of ServoJet pilot assembly and main spool is strictly forbidden.

Seal all hydraulic ports with dedicated blocking plugs during long-term spare storage; store inside dry dustproof warehouse to prevent rubber seal aging and hydraulic oil leakage.
