Installation & Maintenance Instructions
Install 3μm high-pressure precision inline filter on upstream supply pipeline; replace filter cartridge after initial 15 working days of equipment commissioning.
Route high-current power cables and shielded control wires inside separated wiring ducts to avoid harmonic interference from frequency converters to analog control signals.
Null offset and flow gain parameters are fully preset at MOOG factory; only minor on-site potentiometer fine trimming is permitted; complete disassembly of ServoJet pilot assembly and main spool is strictly prohibited.
