Installation & Maintenance Instructions
Install 3μm high-pressure inline filter on upstream supply pipeline; replace initial filter cartridge after 15 working days after commissioning startup.
Route power cable and shielded control wire inside separated cable trunking to isolate frequency converter harmonic interference on analog control signals.
Null offset and gain preset at MOOG factory; only slight on-site electrical trimming allowed; complete disassembly of ServoJet pilot and main spool assembly is forbidden.
Fully plug all hydraulic ports during long-term spare storage; store inside dry dustproof warehouse to prevent seal degradation and oil leakage.
