Product Introduction D662-4036 belongs to the MOOG D660 series NG16 (ISO4401-07) ServoJet jet pipe secondary built-in electronic servo valve. It integrates LVDT valve core position closed-loop feedback and valve load drive amplifier board, without the need for an external servo amplifier. It features a four-way zero-opening valve core and an independent Y external leakage return oil structure. The valve body mounting base is compatible with the D662-4015/4032 same specification base. It is a German-made original large-flow industrial model, suitable for heavy-duty high-speed hydraulic closed-loop systems.

Operation and maintenance instructions

Pre-install a 3μm high-pressure precision filter at the inlet pipeline. Replace the first set of filter elements after 15 working days of new machine commissioning

Separate the power cable and shielded control line for wiring in separate channels to avoid power harmonics interfering with the simulation of control signals

Original factory calibration of zero point and gain, only allow minor electrical fine-tuning on site, and strictly prohibit disassembling the pilot valve and main valve core of the jet pipe

Seal all P/T/A/B/Y oil ports for long-term storage and sealing, store dry and dust-proof to delay the aging and leakage of seals.
