Operation and maintenance instructions
The system's oil inlet is equipped with a 3μm high-pressure precision filter. The filter element should be replaced after 15 days of new machine trial operation.
The power cable and control signal line are laid in separate channels. Shielded wires are grounded only at one end of the control cabinet.
The HA factory custom zero position has been calibrated. On-site only allows minor electrical fine-tuning. Disassembly of the pilot and valve core components is prohibited.
The idle oil ports should be sealed. The storage environment should be protected from moisture and dust. Do not place it outdoors.
