B883 = Modicon 800 Special Intelligent I/O Series; 2XX = Temperature Acquisition Category; 201 = 8-channel RTD Platinum Resistance Input Specification, 200 = 10-channel Thermocouple Specification. The extruder barrel is precisely temperature-controlled, and the chemical reaction vessel has multi-point temperature measurement. The heat treatment continuous furnace, the fiber spinning box body has temperature control, and the paper drying roller temperature is collected.
Operation and Maintenance
Plug directly into the Modicon 800 standard I/O slot; priority check for temperature drift is the resistance value of the three-wire thermoresistor wiring, shielding grounding; check for sensor breakage by troubleshooting the thermoresistor body and the terminal block at the base; the frame can be mixed-installed with B875 analog quantity and B883 cam / counter full series modules.
