Product Introduction The first-generation 1XX hardware architecture AI module of Schneider Modicon 800 rack, original factory product from France, compatible with the entire series of Modicon 984 PLC; 102 is a fixed voltage input version of the hardware, does not support 4-20mA current signal. It differs from the 100 multiple range model and the 101 fixed current model. It is a spare part for old power plants and chemical plants with outdated systems. It can be installed together with the entire series of B875-0XX/1XX cards in the same rack.

Channels: 8-channel hardware-fixed single-ended input, no differential circuit, no adjustable differential wiring, 250VAC isolation between channels, 300VAC withstand isolation on the backplane

Fixed range: 0~5V, 0~10V, ±5V, ±10VDC. There is no 250Ω sampling resistor inside the board, and 4~20mA transmitters must not be connected.

It is specifically designed for use in potentiometers and voltage output type sensors for acquisition, with single-ended wiring; it has voltage over-limit OVER alarm and line open/cell below range UNDER alarm. The hardware structure determines that it cannot be connected to two-wire current transmitters. Applicable scenarios

The old-fashioned thermal power and chemical Modicon984 system has all the on-site acquisition points as voltage-type instruments, with short wiring and low interference conditions.

Operation and Maintenance

The modules are directly inserted into the 800 rack I/O slots. There is no range selection dial or jumper. The factory-locked hardware fixes the voltage input; connecting 4-20mA will cause sampling abnormalities and red light errors; faults should be prioritized in troubleshooting the power supply of the instrument and line breakage; it can be mixed-inserted with the B875-001/002/011/012/100/101 series.
