AS-B875-100 | Schneider Modicon 800 8-channel dedicated single-ended analog input module
Description
Model Interpretation
B875 = 8-channel analog input series; 100 = First-generation old model, fixed single-ended, multi-range jumper version
0XX: Second-generation new PCB module
100: First-generation old model, single-ended fixed, range hardware jumper switching, no differential line Technical Specifications
Channels: 8 channels have single-ended input, the hardware does not have differential circuits, and there is no jumper switch for differential switching; 250VAC isolation is provided between channels, and the backplane withstands 300VAC.
Selectable ranges: 4-20mA, 1-5V, 0-5V, 0-10V, ±10VDC. The range can be switched by the onboard dip switch of the single-channel board.
Input impedance: Voltage 1MΩ, current has an internal 250Ω precision sampling resistor, suitable for two-wire transmitters.
AD accuracy: 12-bit analog-to-digital conversion, full-scale error ≤ ±0.12% FS at 25℃
Backplane power consumption: 5VDC power supply for the rack, rated 390mA, no external on-site power supply
Dimensions: 51 (W) × 203 (H) × 280 (D) mm, net weight 0.87kg
Status indicator lights: RUN running green light, OVER over-range red light, UNDER under-range red light
Environmental specifications: Operation 0-60℃, storage -40-85℃, humidity ≤ 80% RH without condensation, IP20 protection
Interface and matching base
Standard original screw wiring base: AS-8535-000, compatible with B875-001/002 base. Core function
Collect the analog signals from the on-site pressure, liquid level, and temperature transmitters. The wiring is limited to single-ended. The input range can be modified channel by channel by adjusting the jumpers on the board. The red light indicates alarms corresponding to signal exceeding the upper limit of the range / line break and insufficient range. It has no differential anti-long-line interference capability. Applicable scenarios
Renovation of the old Modicon 984 systems in the refining and thermal power sectors, featuring short on-site wiring distances, low electromagnetic interference, and single-ended connection at all points for the acquisition stations.
Operation and Maintenance
The modules are directly inserted into the 800 rack I/O slots, without range / single differential switching jumpers. The range can be changed by DIP coding on the back of the board; differential connections are prohibited; the red fault indicator lights are used to check for line breaks and mismatched instrument ranges; it is possible to directly mix and insert into the 001/002/011/012 full series B875 modules in the rack.
