It is specifically designed to collect industrial differential ±10V displacement, pressure and weighing sensor signals. The differential wiring effectively suppresses long-line industrial interference. The over-limit indicator light alerts when the signal exceeds the ±10V range. It does not have a broken line current detection function. Applicable scenarios

Chemical, papermaking, and metallurgy old 984PLC renovation, the weighing module, displacement encoder, and force sensor are centrally collected at the workstations, and all on-site are ±10V differential instrument points.

Operation and Maintenance

The module is directly inserted into the 800 rack slot, without range jumper, and without single-ended/differential switching jumper; OVER red light > +10V, UNDER red light < -10V; It is prohibited to connect 4-20mA transmitters, and cannot be changed to current collection through hardware modification; It can be used in the same rack with the full series of B875, B873, and B872 modules.
