Product Introduction Schneider AEG-Modicon800 rack-mounted 8-channel multi-functional analog input module, produced by the original factory in France, is compatible with the entire series of Modicon 984 CPUs. It is the top model of the B875 series. Compared to models 001 and 002, it supports the switching between differential and single-ended wiring modes. It is a key spare part for the renovation of old DCS/PLC systems in petrochemical and power plants. It can be installed together with the entire series of B872 and B873 IO cards on the same rack.

Interface and matching base

Standard screw terminal base: AS-8535-000, universal wiring for differential instruments, two-wire system transmitters, and three-wire system voltage sensors. Core function

Collect analog signals from pressure, temperature, liquid level and displacement instruments at the site. Differential wiring can suppress long-line interference in industrial environments. The same module can freely use current, single-polarity voltage, and positive-negative voltage points. It also comes with fault alarms for open circuit and over-range conditions. Operation and Maintenance

The modules can be directly plugged into the I/O slots of the 800 rack. Board internal jumpers: change the range + differential / single-ended mode; OVER red light = signal exceeds upper limit, UNDER red light = line break / signal below the lower limit of the range; It can be compatible and mixed with B875-001/002, B873 entire series, and B872 output modules on the same rack.
