MOOG D138-002-001 MSCⅡ Motion version hardware authorization key

Product Introduction D138-002-001 is a MuGe MSCⅡ (D136 main control series) Motion green standard version authorized USB drive. It has a green pin-shaped casing and is directly inserted into the dedicated authorization card slot on the side of the main control. It expands the basic version's permissions with motion algorithms, simulation docking, and graphic configuration functions. It is a standard authorized component for small and medium-sized electro-hydraulic servo test benches. It has no IO wiring function and is only used for MACS software and hardware permission encryption binding.

Description

Model Interpretation

D138: Full series of MSCⅡ system authorization keys

002: Second-generation green double-row pin hardware specification

001: Motion authorization code, Motion standard edition license (001=Motion, 002=Professional, 012=Full functionality). Technical Specifications

Electrical and physical parameters

Power supply: Built-in +5V power supply in the main control slot, no need for external power supply

Appearance: 35mm×26mm×12mm, green flame-retardant casing, gold-plated double-row pins, snap-lock fixed type

Operating temperature: -25℃ to +70℃, storage -40℃ to +85℃, humidity 5% to 95% RH without condensation

Protection level: IP52, dust-proof and resistant to light oil mist, plug-in and unplugging service life ≥ 10,000 times

Authorized resources

Basic permissions: Native E-BUS local IO, basic control library, communication initialization function all enabled

Motion-specific permissions: PID expansion algorithm library, transfer function module, custom waveform generation library, axis control closed-loop algorithm; supports offline joint simulation interface with Matlab/Simulink

Communication permissions: EtherCAT master station (upper limit 16 slave stations), does not include Profibus-DP master-slave, CANopen master station protocol

Visualization: Activated simple Web page monitoring interface, no advanced soft motion curve programming permission

Interface and communication configuration

No external terminal wiring, double-row gold-plated pins are connected to the D136 main control key slot, identification of authorization is based on the internal E-BUS bus of the controller; power-on main control automatically verifies the hardware SN code, the key is bound to a single controller and cannot be mixed and used across devices. Core function

Hardware encrypts and unlocks the Motion level MACS software functions. After removing the key, the simulation, advanced motion, and EtherCAT bus functions are automatically locked.

Supports hydraulic servo closed-loop control within 16 axes, single/multi-axis synchronous loading, and fatigue waveform editing.

Hardware fault self-check. When the contact of the pins is poor, the communication indicator light on the main control panel alarms, and a pop-up window in the MACS software prompts for missing authorization.

Open a graphical communication configuration menu, and can configure the parameters of EtherCAT slave devices. Applicable scenarios

Single-channel / multi-channel hydraulic fatigue testing machine, small and medium-sized component mechanical test bench, conventional electro-hydraulic position / force control servo system, small hydraulic actuator debugging bench.

Operation and maintenance instructions

Must be unplugged before plugging in, strictly prohibit hot plugging while powered on, to prevent gold-plated pins from breaking and burning out

Clean the oil stains and dust on the pins every 6 months to avoid contact failure and loss of authorization

Keep away from hydraulic oil, corrosive water vapor, and high-power frequency power cables

If the key is lost, only the original factory can purchase the same model encoded hardware, and the Motion permission cannot be unlocked by software cracking
