Interface and communication configuration

Front side distributes 8×32 matrix screw terminals, trigger terminals and expansion interfaces, with stress release structure. Backside dedicated connectors directly connect to SCXI-1129, no additional wiring required. Supports row expansion (through expansion cable) and column expansion (through expansion plug), can be expanded to 8×64, 16×32, etc. larger matrices. Plug-and-play, compatible with NI-DAQmx driver, supports LabVIEW, C/C++, LabWindows/CVI, etc. development environments.

Core functions

Realizes the 8×32 matrix configuration of SCXI-1129, providing high-density signal routing capability. Supports flexible row and column expansion, meeting the channel expansion requirements of large-scale test systems. Metal shielding structure suppresses electromagnetic interference, ensuring signal integrity in complex environments. Screw terminals connection is reliable, resistant to vibration, suitable for long-term industrial operation. Provides trigger and scan output terminals, facilitating system synchronization control. Applicable scenarios

Combined with SCXI-1129, it forms a high-density matrix switching system, which is used for multi-channel signal routing and testing. It is suitable for fields such as semiconductor testing, automotive electronics, aerospace, etc., where large-scale signal switching is required. It is used in industrial automation test systems, laboratory multi-channel calibration and signal distribution equipment. It is suitable for medium and large-sized test platforms that require flexible expansion of channel numbers.

User and Maintenance Instructions Instruction Manual

Before installation, cut off all power supplies. Align the front interface of the module and insert it smoothly into the terminal board, then tighten the fixing screws. Complete the two-wire connection according to the terminal markings, and reliably ground the shielding terminal. Use extension cables or plugs to achieve row-column expansion, ensuring a firm connection. Configure the matrix mode and trigger parameters in the software, and then data can be collected.

Maintenance Instructions

Place the equipment in a dry and ventilated area, maintaining the rated temperature and humidity. Keep away from strong electromagnetic sources, dust and corrosive gases. Regularly check for loose screws, oxidized terminals, and damaged cables. Address issues promptly. Cleaning requires power disconnection. Wipe the surface and terminals with isopropyl alcohol, then power on after drying. When left idle for a long time, remove it and store it in an anti-static bag in a cool and dry place.
