Core Functions
High-Voltage Digital I/O Connectivity: Provides 300 Vrms isolated connections for high-voltage digital input/output signals, ensuring safety in industrial environments.
48-Channel Isolated Wiring: 8 independent banks with 300 Vrms inter-bank isolation enable secure, organized routing of multiple high-voltage circuits.
Industrial-Grade Noise Immunity: Full metal shield and isolated bank design minimize EMI/RFI interference, ensuring signal integrity in harsh electromagnetic environments.
Vibration-Resistant Connections: Screw terminals with strain relief clamps prevent wire loosening under vibration, ideal for long-term industrial operation.
Safety Compliance: Meets IEC 61010-1 and UL safety standards for high-voltage electrical systems, reducing shock hazards.
Application Scenarios
High-Voltage Relay Control: Switching 300 Vrms maximum loads such as industrial heaters, motors, and solenoids.
Industrial Automation: High-voltage digital signal monitoring and control in manufacturing lines, power distribution systems, and safety interlock circuits.
Power System Testing: High-voltage signal switching and load control in power supply test benches and electrical equipment validation.
SCXI System Integration: Dedicated high-voltage front-end for SCXI-1162/1162HV/1163/1163R relay modules in modular signal conditioning systems.
Usage & Maintenance Instructions
Usage
Installation (Power Off Only): Align the SCXI-1326 with the front connector of the compatible SCXI module, push firmly into place, and tighten the top and bottom thumb screws.
Wiring: Connect high-voltage signal wires to the appropriate screw terminals (Vcc, GND, signal channels). Use 26–14 AWG wire and tighten screws securely. Connect the terminal block’s shield to earth ground for maximum noise suppression.
Software Setup: Install NI-DAQmx drivers, configure the SCXI module in the software, and assign digital I/O channels. No additional configuration is needed for the terminal block.
Maintenance
Operating Environment: Keep within 0–50°C temperature and 5%–90% RH non-condensing humidity; avoid direct exposure to strong electromagnetic fields.
Periodic Inspection: Regularly check for loose screws, terminal oxidation, or damaged wires. Tighten loose connections and clean oxidized terminals with a soft brush.
Cleaning: Power off the system, use anhydrous alcohol to wipe the terminal block surface and screw terminals, and allow it to dry completely before reapplying power.
Storage: Power off, remove the terminal block, store in an anti-static bag, and place in a cool, dry environment (-20–70°C).
