VII. Use and Maintenance Use

Power-off installation: Align 112x front end and push in, then lock the upper and lower thumb screws.

Wiring: Signal + connects to channel +, signal - connects to channel -. Shield / earth connects to chassis ground terminal.

Software: Select module in NI-DAQmx, set voltage range (such as ±10V, ±100V), and directly enable CJC for thermocouples. Maintenance

Environment: 0 - 50℃, dry and ventilated, away from strong electromagnetic interference.

Check: Regularly inspect for loose screws and oxidation of terminals. Tighten and clean.

Cleaning: Disconnect power, wipe terminals with anhydrous alcohol, dry and then reconnect power.

Storage: Disconnect power, remove the board, seal with an anti-static bag, store in a cool and dry place.
