VII. Installation and Maintenance Instructions
Installation and Power On
Disconnect the card, ensure the chassis is reliably grounded; after power-on, NI-DAQmx self-checks, no preheating required for NI.
Operating Temperature: 0–55℃, keep the air duct unobstructed, avoid overloading due to high temperature.
Wiring and Operation
Avoid frequent plugging and unplugging of 100-pin interface; it is recommended to use CB-100 isolation wiring box for intermediate transfer.
Input Voltage: ≤±60 VDC, Output Voltage: ≤60 VDC/30 VAC, Current: ≤150 mA/Channel,严禁 short circuit; Use shielded twisted pair for long-distance, keep away from strong electricity / motors.
Filtering Time: Set according to contact characteristics (10–50 ms), Watchdog Timeout Time: Set according to safety requirements (100–500 ms) NI.
Daily Maintenance
Keep interfaces clean, prevent dust accumulation during long-term inactivity; No calibration required, regularly check the tightness of wiring terminals NI.
Solid-state relays have no mechanical wear, have a long lifespan, and do not need frequent replacement; Regularly perform insulation tests on the isolation layer (60 VDC/1 minute).
