I. Product Introduction The PXI-6528 is a 48-channel, fully isolated industrial DIO module from NI (Emerson). It is a 3U single-slot PXI, featuring 24 optically isolated DI channels + 24 solid-state relay DO channels, with a high isolation of 60 VDC, a wide input voltage range of -60 to +60 VDC, and a solid-state output of 60 V/150 mA. It is mainly designed for medium-voltage isolation, contactless long-life operation, and use in industrial environments with strong interference. It is produced by NI.

VII. Installation and Maintenance Instructions

Installation and Power On

Disconnect the card, ensure the chassis is reliably grounded; after power-on, NI-DAQmx self-checks, no preheating required for NI.

Operating Temperature: 0–55℃, keep the air duct unobstructed, avoid overloading due to high temperature.

Wiring and Operation

Avoid frequent plugging and unplugging of 100-pin interface; it is recommended to use CB-100 isolation wiring box for intermediate transfer.

Input Voltage: ≤±60 VDC, Output Voltage: ≤60 VDC/30 VAC, Current: ≤150 mA/Channel,严禁 short circuit; Use shielded twisted pair for long-distance, keep away from strong electricity / motors.

Filtering Time: Set according to contact characteristics (10–50 ms), Watchdog Timeout Time: Set according to safety requirements (100–500 ms) NI.

Daily Maintenance

Keep interfaces clean, prevent dust accumulation during long-term inactivity; No calibration required, regularly check the tightness of wiring terminals NI.

Solid-state relays have no mechanical wear, have a long lifespan, and do not need frequent replacement; Regularly perform insulation tests on the isolation layer (60 VDC/1 minute).
